Background

Access to timely and quality healthcare remains a challenge in Senegal, with patients often facing difficulties in securing medical appointments and receiving consultations. Traditional healthcare systems are often burdened with long wait times, inefficient booking processes, and limited doctor availability. To address these challenges, iCARE was developed as a digital health solution aimed at streamlining medical consultations and improving accessibility for both patients and doctors.
